Yoga is for everyone at all levels and places in life. I love to teach all types of classes: vinyasa, yin, yoga nidra, restorative, and children's yoga. Yin yoga is a slower, intense practice that targets the connective tissues in our body. Yoga nidra is a form of yogic sleep with a focus on deep relaxation. Restorative yoga focuses on resting in supported postures and embraces stillness and calm. I encourage you to try different types of yoga and see what speaks to you!

As a life-long runner and racer, and a RRCA certified running coach, I will develop training plans to help you start and complete your goals! Together we will monitor your progress, and I will implement tools to help you cross that finish line in your goal time. I also incorporate yoga aspects to your training and preparation regimen to help you stay strong mentally and physically healthy to succeed!
I'm trained in “Kidding Around Yoga tm.” Kidding Around Yoga is a style of Yoga that was created by Haris Lender, ERYT 500, RCYT, YACEP. KAY encompasses the 5 branches of Yoga in a clear engaging method. A typical KAY class gets the children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, limbo‐ing, and storytelling ALL while practicing authentic Yoga to original KAY music.
