Please contact me to set up group classes. I can provide beginner movement/flow yoga in the style of hatha or vinyasa, or I can lead your group in a yin, restorative, or meditative practice of yoga nidra.
One-on-one can be a great opportunity to tune into your mind and body to optimize what you need to find balance. Individual consult will establish goals and develop tailored practices for you using breath work, meditation, movement, and mindfulness.

Kids yoga is a fun and playful practice that will lay the foundations for breath work and mindfulness in a movement-focused practice. Kids will develop body awareness while moving to music, storytelling, and games. Classes can be for kids only or kids/toddlers with family.
I can provide mats, blocks, blankets and straps for up to 12 study .
